I need something that is kinda cheap and can get at local retail stores or ULTA.
I heard that Gatsby is the best for asian hair like mine, but I cancelled my paypal and can't get it off ebay.
So, please recommend any brand that will actually hold.
I've tried Garnier's fructis putty, which did absolutely nothing.
